LG Electronics announced the launch of a new LCD TV with the thinnest in the world 45-mm screen – LG6000.
The LG6000 LCD HDTV series consists of 32-, 37-, 42- and 47-inch iterations that boast a 1920х1080 resolution and work in the Full HD 1080p format (except for the 32’ model).
The picture quality of the 42’ and 47’ screens has been improved using the Full HD TruMotion 100Hz technology that makes the blurring in fast-changing scenes minimal.
The 24p TruCinema technology gives an opportunity to show movies at their original speed of 24 frames per second.
Better sound quality is provided by the "invisible" speakers specialy tuned by the famous sound expert Mark Levinson. The Clear Voice technology regulates the level of the background sound and cleans out human speech during the noisy dynamic scenes.
The Intelligent Sensor technology adjusts the picture depending on the light and time of day or night according to the 3 parametres: contrast, brightness and colour. The photo sensor controls the perception of light and colour using the 4096-step control. This way colour richness is managed and energy consumption decreased.
