Ishraqah, a UAE-based real estate development company, is currently showcasing its AED 1.2 billion Seasons Community project at the International Property Show 2008, which opened February 17, 2008 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.
The complex, which will be located in District 15 within the Jumeirah Village South development on Al Khail road, will include community centers, retail avenues, and various amenities such as restaurants and cafes, landscaped gardens, gymnasiums, swimming pools and a play area. The developer has also announced plans to market all 1,400 available mixed-use units during the exhibition.
Seasons Community will comprise four low-rise clusters, each of which will represent one of the four seasons of nature distinguished by a unique colour scheme. The complex will offer a total of 1,400 units, which include four- and five-bedroom townhouses, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, and garden apartments.
Further, residents of the project are expected to benefit from the hospitals, schools, police station, malls, and commercial hubs within Jumeirah Village, all conveniently connected to a four-lane superhighway and the upcoming Dubai Metro.
In addition, the developer is also highlighting its AED 1.8 billion Onyx project – a mixed-use development located along Sheikh Zayed Road, which is comprised of two commercial towers, a luxury hotel and retail spaces.
Ishraqah’s participation at the International Property Show 2008 follows the developer’s recently announced plans to invest AED 6 billion, which will involve the construction of real estate projects around the world within the next two years. This includes the creation of distinctive developments in several markets such as Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Egypt focusing on high standards and expectations of buyers in both residential and commercial communities.
The International Property Show is the region’s comprehensive public and trade exhibition for the international and regional property market. Organized by Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, the exhibition will bring together international and regional exhibitors, property developers, financiers, real estate agents and consultants, designers and others involved in the real estate industry in the UAE and the Middle East and prime real estate markets in the world. Last year’s edition was a huge success with multi billion dirhams worth of deals conducted over the three day run and more than 18,764 visitors from 70 countries, with a majority of 60 per cent from the corporate sector.
