A five-star hotel will be opened in one of the most famous buildings in Glasgow, Scotland – the former Royal Scottish Automobile Club in Blythswood Square.

The building’s new owner, the Town House Company – manager of four Edinburgh hotels – decided to call the new one the Blythswood Square Hotel.

The hotel interior will keep many of The Georgian building’s original details. There will be a SPA salon and a business centre with a conference room. The company also plans to revive and completely restore the famous Rally Bar, called after the Monte Carlo rally.
