The success of her first collection inspired Claudia Drettmann to create her second: Yacht Glamour 2008. It was launched in winter at the Düsseldorf Boat Show together with the grand yachting premieres.
The collection is clearly intended for the summer or, in other words, for warm countries, and is very versatile, not only for the yacht but also for other occasions. Claudia Drettmann offered an exciting swimsuit set consisting of 2 parts: the Marylin Bikini and the pleated light skirt which can at will turn into a dress. This outfit is perfect not just for sunbathing on the yacht deck but for beach parties as well.
The design of summer shoes to match the suit is inspired by the Brazilian theme. They’re made from high-tech materials, are rainproof, decorated with elegant jewels and ideal for both the yacht and the shore.
The 2nd part of the collection is dressing gowns for the whole family made of micro fibre, with exquisite embroidery. They’re kind to the skin, have warming qualities in a breeze and retain moisture efficiently.
The 3rd part of the collection is devoted to interior pieces. Claudia Drettmann has been a designer of tableware for quite a while, and now her collection includes hand towels, cutlery, sequinned cushions, bathmats and serviettes as well. A special feature is the champagne developed together with a famous wine maker under the brand of Yacht Glamour. The golden champagne is not only sparkling, it contains grains of real gold!
Autumn-winter collection by Riva
The world debut of the new Riva Men’s and Women’s Collections happened at the 73rd Pitti Immagine Uomo. The collection is another proof that the new trend appeared: luxury sportswear blended with avant-garde elegance. Fashion wear designer Alessandro Pungetti and footwear designer Alberto Del Biondi have created a unique blend of luxury and sport to impress the exquisite public. They used common materials, combining them in the uncommon way (leather and cashmere, nylon and fur).
The men’s collection is featured in blue and gray hues with elegant splashes of turquoise, to show the classic Riva logo. The women’s collection is all white – the symbol of moderate luxury.
Footwear is made by highly skilled masters using innivative materials: elegant leather mocassin boots with resin soles, featuring cashmere lining for men and fur lining for women. The range of models is extremely wide.
The label "Made in Italy" is a sign of high quality and clost attention to detail. Such attitude is found in all goods manufactured by the company, be it yachts or clothes.
The Fairline style
The famous English Fairline shipyard known for the immaculate style has implemented it in their fashion line created together with Sebago. The 2 companies have issued a new collection of clothes and accessories – Fairline by Sebago. Men’s and women’s wear by Sebago is perfect for active recreation.
The collection features waterproof jackets, elegant shirts, comfortable shorts and stylish pants that would find its way into the wardrobe of the most captious fashionista and would look suitable onboard the yacht or at a seaside restaurant party.
Besides clothes, the collection features accessories: pens, trinkets, cups, handmade leather accessories, exclusive polished wood items. These will be a fine gift for an experienced seaman and at the same time proof of the giver’s exquisite taste.
